Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales and Marketing Executive with over 15 years of experience, highlighted by working for some of the largest companies in the world.

I am currently a Senior Sales Executive for Humana Pharmacy calling on PCP offices in the Tampa area.

Prior to my current role, I was a National Account Executive at The Coca-Cola Company and left this position as our family relocated to Florida. I managed the largest independent grocery chain in Western Canada - Save On Foods. Responsibilities included: full annual plan development, customer relationship management, volume and revenue growth targets. A key to being successful in this position was not only learning about Save On Foods operations and helping to manage their retail profitability with our portfolio of products but also working with our distribution partners at Coca-Cola Bottling. Working with the bottler to execute sales and marketing strategies within the retailer, keeping sales teams up to date on promotions, helping to trouble shoot distribution issues, shortages and coordinate merchandising efforts.

Over my career at Coca-Cola I held various roles which included: Customer Marketing Manager, District Manager, Execution Specialist and Account Manager. As a District Sales Manager, I managed a team of six account managers who called on both small and large store grocery chains. During my time as a Sales Manager, I was in charge of the area surrounding all 2010 Olympic Venues in Vancouver. The Olympics pushed our team to be more creative, beat the competition and learn how to have best in class execution in the market. We took these skills and applied it to our work everyday and shared best practices across the country. Eventually this lead to a role where I helped to develop execution standards for Coca-Cola in Canada.

I have also worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for Actavis Pharmaceuticals (now TEVA) as a Sales Representative for British Columbia. This was a new position in British Columbia and the focus was to develop a territory which was not reaching it’s full potential. In the 3 years that I was in this role, I took the territory from $1.9M in sales to just over $3.3M, took focus product market share from 6th in the province to 2nd and won Presidents Club as well as Rep of the year.

I am very organized, a quick learner, a team player, driven, and many of my successes are directly linked to my ability to develop strong relationships with customers and fellow colleagues. These qualities and skills have made me successful throughout my career.
