My career experience includes Sales, Sales Management and Brand Marketing, in the Beverage Alcohol Industry.  Throughout my career my Teams have increased market share for brands and company’s we have represented.   I am a hand’s on sales/market manager that is highly organized and energetic, with a clear vision to achieve brand goals and market objectives.

During my Industry career I have successfully managed all aspects of Brand execution in all channels of business development in Hawaii, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida that include Control States and Franchise States. My strong analytical skills allow me to develop tactical strategies that deliver strategic company objectives. My career responsibilities include Management of Sales, Field Managers, Senior Level Distributor Managers, Marketing Teams, Regional Territory’s, Brand Forecasting, Goal Setting, Business Unit P&L, Quantitative and Qualitative Forecasting/Implementation, All Channel Pricing, Manage Distributor AR budgets, Special Events, (above and below the line), Sales/Brand Education, and all related functions to help create positive synergy between Supplier, Distributor and Channel Customers. Additionally, I have experience managing through CRM platforms, IRI, Nielson Reporting Data and Bi systems all designed to drive performance and change, if necessary, based on real time data and market conditions.

My experience has taught me to rely on my interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships that can energize and motivate Teammates and Customer/Decision Makers in my markets of responsibility.  I have an extensive background in all the above related functions and I do possess excellent selling, communication and presentation skills. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mississippi.  I am a Certified Specialist of Wine, (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators and I also hold a WSET Level 2 Spirits certificate issued by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust.
