I have been in the alcohol beverage industry for over 15 years, and have a successful record of exceeding sales goals as a distributor and a supplier. My skill set includes training, creating new sales organizations, distributor management, regional chain account calls, and executing business plans.

Responsible for managing and executing the wine and spirits business plan for Oklahoma. Successfully opened Oklahoma’s new market (wine in grocery) in 2018, expanding Constellation Brands market share into 800 new stores. Effectively manage on and off premise business throughout the state. Work with distributor partners to train and build a strong sales force. Responsible for managing budgets, pricing, and sales.
Built a successful career at Republic National Distributing Company. I began as a sales representative in 2004, opening a new market in Allen, TX due to legislative changes. I was promoted to a sales rep in a top performing competitive territory in Dallas. After one year I was promoted to District Manager, and effectively achieved sales goals and trained my sales team. I was promoted to Regional Training Manager, where I helped roll out the new training initiatives after the merger of Republic Beverage and National Distributing Company. In 2009 I was promoted to Area Manager of the newly created Constellation dedicated division in Oklahoma for RNDC.
I began by restaurant career as a hostess, and was promoted to server and server trainer. I worked part time through college, and received a scholarship from Fired Up Inc. Upon graduation I became a manager, and travelled to hire for and open 2 new locations for Johnny Carinos. I managed day to day operations for front and back of house.
