• SOSSA - Store Operations, Safety, Security auditor -January 2018-June 2019
Execution of company programs, OSHA, HCAAP, SOP’s, Health Department guidelines all state and federal laws reviewed with Store Director and Department managers of 53 stores on quarterly basis. Managed, developed, and reviewed all successes and opportunities on second day of detailed recap.
• New Store Opening Team Lead-August 2016-January 2018
Received brand-new store after construction completion. Managed 25-50 employees and specialists in the setup of entire store inside and out. Facilitated final inspections with City, State and Government authorities to meet deadline of Grand opening date.
• Grocery Operations Specialist-May 2016-August 2016
Developed 12 Grocery managers into Store Director roles. Achieved 40+ margin from 30+ in a three-month timeframe. Resolved shrink opportunity resulting in higher margin.

• Dairy/ Frozen Category Manager- December 2015-May 2016
Utilized Spins, Category analyzer and Excel to increase sales and lower shrink in a 90-day period within 27 stores by 7%. Set Category review schedule and met with vendors to determine future ad’s and increased scan back 5% over 120-day period. Developed solid relationships with Vendors and Lucky’s Team.
• Grocery Operations Specialist-July 2014-December 2015
Managed 24 Grocery Supervisors in seven states developing them into upper level management for future advancement. Involved in store setup and completion by date of Grand opening.
