Throughout my career of fine wine supplier experience, and having worked with some of the top luxury brands in the world, including Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and Hundred Acre, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
In my prior roles, I have demonstrated proficiency in creating and executing an annual business plan, P&L analysis, forecasting, distributor management, pricing, programming, new brand introductions and direct to consumer sales. I have coordinated every element of supplier/winemaker visits, events/tastings, sales blitzes, trade shows, etc. I have the proven ability to drive business growth, develop and maintain meaningful, long-lasting relationships. I have a long history of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability goals.
Known as a passionate and energetic leader, colleagues would say one of my strengths is creating an atmosphere of recruiting, training, and managing a cohesive talented team. I would describe my management style as setting clear expectations, and providing the support needed to achieve the company objectives. I pride myself on being results oriented, innovative and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
My background has allowed me to develop extensive expertise in all channels of wine sales, including chain and local retail, independent and national on-premise accounts, as well as, airlines and cruise lines.
