Fast-paced and forever curious, I’m a vibrant professional who loves bringing stories to life. With over 10 years of experience spanning customer service, marketing, and the art and service of wine, I am the go-to woman for sparking intrigue and capturing the invested interest of customers. While I can do many things that leverage my NYU Master’s degree in Psychology, my passion is centered on storytelling, creativity, insatiable learning, building relationships, and having a positive impact.
Always up for a challenge, I handle a crowd like a pro. I show up with a genuine desire to connect with people and the happy, natural charisma I exude is disarming. I love making people feel good because they’re taken care of, entertained, and pleased to the point of staying longer and then coming back over and over again. My goal is to inspire and paint vivid pictures of brands in a colorful way that lights up a room, builds long-term relationships, and generates sales.
The secret to my success is twofold: resourcefulness and learning. With a passion to learn and absorb like a sponge, I seek trends and differentiating research that will create efficiencies and resources to solve customer problems. I show up. Period. Constantly pushing outside my comfort zone, I arrive on scene assessing critical needs and creatively figuring out how to over-deliver results. I will read, ask, connect, and create anything that paves the way to reaching a goal.
With a driving purpose to have a positive impact, I pair creativity with a logical process that cultivates a relationship or product from scratch. I go beyond sourcing knowledge and analyzing data into fluid creativity and expression that consults, advises, and informs customers to make effective decisions for greater success. -Sold 185 bottles of Hennessy VS, VSOP, and XO including multiple cases during a 3 hour in store tasting. Generated increase in sales for Hennessy and boosted foot traffic to off premise account
-Sold 51 bottles of Chivas 12, 18 during an event reduced from 4 to 2 hours due to scheduling conflict. Sold 50% more Chivas 18 compared to Chivas 12 during this tasting
-Achieved 47% conversion rate of sales of Castillo de Monseran Garnacha wine which resulted in selling out remaining stock
-Trained over 50 new consumer educators in successful event executions and brand awareness
