About the Role:  
Drive performance of the HEINEKEN USA portfolio, by providing oversight & strategic direction of distributor management, retail execution and team development for one of the top Heineken markets, globally.


Key Responsibilities: 
• Act as a key member of the Western Region Leadership team
• Provide direction, coaching and feedback to team of 5 Market Managers; team includes 6 indirect reports through regular team and 1:1 meetings
• Support Distributor Managers in driving the annual and monthly business objective planning process within distributor network; estimated responsibility for +6MM cases
• Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through Excellent Outlet Execution with the Retail focused teams
• Lead financial management at zone level including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses
• Challenge and hold team and distributors accountable for market opportunities
• Partner with HEINEKEN USA colleagues across sales and other functions to ensure alignment and gain support of local efforts
• Manage Key Stakeholder Relationships at the most senior levels within both Internal, and External Customer Leadership teams
• Travel approximately 50% of time within region to ensure adequate market coverage (1x per month Las Vegas, 4x per year Hawaii, 1x per month Central Valley/Fresno, 2x per month Classic/Pacific/Advance)


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• People Leadership experience
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of managing at the Director Level, with oversight over of a Commercial Business Unit
• Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment
• Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, and market knowledge
• Passion for winning/Drive for Success
