As a Starbucks portfolio manager (Purchase Experience & Customer Identification), you will . . .drive the execution of the next generation of Starbucks purchase experiences. You will determine how best to combine capabilities inherent to customer identification and digital commerce (payments, anti-fraud, etc.) to minimize friction and maximize Starbucks ability to maximally convey both convenience and care to our customers in multiple channels.

Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:

· Evangelize customer and partner needs through the lens of purchase experience
· Collaborate with partners from Starbucks Technology and all across the business to deliver experiences enjoyed by millions of customers
· Inform how Starbucks maximizes transaction success in our cafes, drive-thru, Starbucks App, and channels not yet invented
· Execute against our strategies to deliver meaningful commercial results while positively impacting millions of customers, hundreds of thousands of Starbucks store partners, and tens of thousands of store locations

We’d love to hear from people with:

Digital implementation and experience (3-5 years) with subject matter expertise re: mobile apps, multi-channel commerce (ecommerce, “clicks and mortar,” omnichannel) preferred
Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases
Strong management skills including the ability to deliver multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with modern techniques re: authentication, identification, location detection
Experience with agile product develop practices
