National Account Manager - CostCo
Account Management: Responsible for delivering annual NSV and DGP growth plan while driving profitable market share growth of Beam Suntory within accounts.
Deliver actionable category insights, drive growth in both sales and margin, and provide brands/programming that drive incremental category growth high end shelf and on floor, while championing current brand expansion with States and wholesalers.
Build a best in class relationship with the customer driving distribution, retail execution, price management and all possible value adds to increase share of mind within the customer’s organization. Make Beam Suntory their “Go To” supplier.
Create and execute strategy to deliver: NSV and DGP Growth, Distribution Growth (baseline sales, Share of Floor Execution of National and regional programs, Annual KPI plans, Cadence and clarity in communication to the field, and Buyer share of mind Develop National and Regional programming solutions with activation teams to sell in to each regional buying teams.
Provide focused strategy and prioritization around brands and innovation, and the role of each within each account.
Conduct business reviews with each major market bi-annually to ensure alignment to and delivery of plans, as well as address any market specific issues.
Develop collaborative planning meeting with the customer to drive planning, engagement, and long-term alignment
Stakeholder Management: Collaboratively work with state-level Key Account Managers aligning to regional customer buying structure delivering their growth plans and managing business at a state level.
Leverage and influence State Managers, Chain/Key Account Managers, Field Marketing, National Account and Brand Activation Commercial Marketing teams, brand teams, insights group, finance teams as well as Distributor: Portfolio Managers, GSM’s, and AE’s, to deliver on companies strategic and growth objectives around Costco.
Commercial Acumen: Manage BI budgets to not exceed allocated amounts and maintain ROI Responsible for driving the profitable development and market share growth of Beam Suntory’s business.

Work on a dynamic, cross-functional National Accounts Off-Premise team comprising of support both regionally and nationally
Previous experience working with Nation/Chain Account headquarters preferred
Account management: 2-4+ years of account management with complex cross-functional team experience covering a broad geography
Business Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills, industry knowledge, advanced skills in IRI or any industry insights tool that will help build a sales story
Off-Premise Strategic Planning/Execution
Channel marketing to off-premise cross-functional experience; collaboration with CBT’s, extended marketing team, finance, and operations leadership
Budget Management; Responsible for P&L for National Accounts off-premise. Work with channel Brand Investment
Commercial Acumen: Work with National Accounts off-premise Data and insights to learn and leverage mixology
Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with channel agencies, consultants and 3rd Parties
Compliance: Solid understanding of and desire to learn off-premise legal restrictions to help build compliant programs
