As the Global FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the global planning, forecasting and consolidation processes for the P&L, along with reporting for Senior Executives and the Board of Directors. This position will also support the Investor Relations team on quarterly earnings releases via reporting and analysis. The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with various Finance divisions is key to the position.
The role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and reports to our FP&A Senior Manager, Global FP&A
Global P&L Forecast Process:
Assists the global financial P&L forecast consolidation and reporting to senior management via the monthly LT deck and financial reporting for the Board of Directors
Establishes and maintains key relationships with finance personnel throughout business for both local currency and US dollar reporting
Updates of financial forecast models on a monthly basis
Annual Planning Process:
Supports annual planning processes to deliver the financial Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Molson Coors Beverage Company
Assists with the annual target setting process and related communications
Summarizes and prepares budget information for presentation to Board of Directors
Quarterly External Reporting & Analysis:
Aids in compiling earnings documents (Earnings Release, Q&A) used for senior management reporting and press releases
Supports the investor relations area with earning analysis and other ad hoc requests
Compiles volume data used for reporting and presented in earnings release documents
Supports accounting with 10-K/Q analysis
You have a 4-year degree in Finance or related field, MBA or Graduate Finance or Accounting (CPA) preferred
You have 2+ years of experience depending on industry
SAP/Business Warehouse, advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office
Prior budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
Strong understanding of financial statements
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to think strategically and execute in the details
Solid teamwork and collaboration skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
Financial modeling, analysis and corporate reporting is a plus
Experience with Tableau and Anaplan software tools is a plus
Experience consolidating financial data in different currencies is a plus
