Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales and marketing plans by forecasting conditions, defining objectives and strategies and securing resources.
Evaluates performance of their team by measuring and reporting results, evaluating and correcting performance and administering policies and procedures.
Organizes chain account activities by streamlining processes, coordinating business activities, communicating expectations and expanding best practices. Provides thought leadership, presents information, discusses chain issues and gives chain status updates at sales meetings.
Assists in development of sales forecasts and scheduling of product. Expedites dealer problems in areas of pricing and delivery, etc. Assists in planning and coordination of pricing and delivery, etc. Participates in product display design and pricing of units. Maintains sales logs and generates monthly sales reports.
Develops relationships at executive management levels, above the buyer level, in an effort to further promote how Republic can be an added value to the chain. Develops key relationships with upper management in terms of education, strategic sales and marketing planning and critical issue resolution.
Possession of and operating a motor vehicle to access customer accounts for delivery, promotion, and efficient and prompt sales and other key activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's, advanced degree, or equivalent experience

Valid driver's license and auto insurance required

Minimum of ten (10) years previous beverage industry sales experience
Minimum of five (5) years previous sales management experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
Knowledge of budgetary processes and influence on business objectives
Ability to build presentations and develop business reviews utilizing standard computer software programs
Demonstrate flexibility in overcoming problems, conflict, and personalities
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism and team building skills
Ability to focus and work cross functionally across many levels of organization
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Physical Requirements:
Lift/Carry and Push/Pull up to 50 lbs. Bend/Stoop/Crouch/Squat Use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Use of industry tools: hand truck, six wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter Ability to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts Work indoors with frequently walking in customer accounts
