What You’ll Do 


  • Lead media strategy in partnership with agency; manage the development execution and evaluation of media plans

  • Provide counsel to Brand Management team and broader Marketing team on all media strategy.

  • Oversight of social media, ensuring integration into overall marketing plans

  • Oversight of media budget to ensure accurate planning / forecasting and financial accountability across disciplines

  • Own data and analytics across media functions to inform strategy and measure progress. Be well versed in all relevant brand and consumer health metrics, and manage paid strategies and programming to drive meaningful awareness, engagement and conversion KPIs

  • Establish paid (media) and owned (social) content and communications strategies that are aligned to the Lagunitas brand’s goals, and serve to amplify key product launches and marketing efforts

  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and changes in the digital space, and drive evolution and innovation in overall communications strategy

  • Partner with creative team and agency partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness of brand expression across marketing outputs

  • Identify, manage and build relationships with key external partners including media, agencies & consultants to maximize their value to Lagunitas

  • Identify and develop strategic content and brand partnerships that create access to and engagement with key/new customer segments.

  • Foster a culture that inspires and celebrates creativity and innovation

  • Other duties and projects as directed


What We’re Lookin’ For 


  • 10+ years’ experience in leading media planning and strategy, with experience managing Paid and Owned

  • Strong knowledge and passion for the media landscape and deep knowledge in Digital

  • Experience leading integrated programs across channels

  • Passion for people development and leadership, direct experience developing and leading a team effectively

  • Strong working knowledge of media research/tracking tools and setting effective KPIs

  • Strong leadership capabilities and a desire to develop talent

  • Ideally, experience within CPG / Bev Alc industry

  • Proficiency with reporting tools and digital analysis

  • Passion for Lagunitas and the craft beer industry

  • Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships within the organization

  • Results-driven focus and tenacious work ethic, with the drive, resolve, and urgency to accomplish specific goals
